WHAT YOU'LL
PAY

📌 How pricing works: Texas law caps the notarial act at $10/signature (+$1 each additional). All other fees — travel, after-hours, special location, emergency — are separate service fees disclosed and agreed upon before you pay. Nothing is charged without your approval.

Got Questions?

FAQ

What are your in-person hours?+
Traditional in-person (mobile) notary appointments are available Monday–Saturday, 8AM–6:30PM. After 6:30PM we offer Remote Online Notarization (RON) only for standard bookings. Emergency in-person after hours is available 24/7 and must take place at a public location.
Can I get notarized after 6:30PM?+
Yes — via RON (Remote Online Notarization). After 6:30PM we don't offer standard in-person appointments, but RON is just as legally valid and often faster. After-hours RON is a flat $60. For true emergencies, in-person is available at a public location — emergency pricing applies.
Why must after-hours in-person emergencies be at a public location?+
This is a firm safety policy for the protection of both parties. Late-night meetings at private residences pose safety risks. Approved public locations include 24-hour police stations, hospitals, courthouses, and similar staffed public facilities. RON is always an equally valid, fast, and safe alternative for any after-hours need.
Can I get a physical copy after a RON appointment?+
Yes! Add our Mailed Wet Ink Original add-on to any RON appointment for +$45. After your RON session we personally print, sign, seal, and mail you the original notarized document via USPS Priority Mail with tracking — delivered to any U.S. address. This is ideal for institutions that require an original ink signature, international apostille submissions, estate filings, or personal records. International shipping is available at an additional cost — contact us for a quote.
Do I have to be in Texas to use RON?+
No — you can be anywhere in the world. What matters is that we are physically in Texas when performing the notarization. We serve clients nationwide and internationally via RON.
How is the travel fee calculated?+
Travel is billed at $0.725 per mile — the 2026 IRS standard business mileage rate — calculated from our Greater Houston area location to your appointment address. This is included in your quote before you pay anything.
What qualifies as a special location?+
Hospitals, courthouses, jails, detention centers, nursing homes, rehabilitation facilities, and similar special locations carry an additional $175 fee on top of the standard notary and travel fees. This covers the added coordination, security check-in, wait times, and logistics involved.
How does payment work?+
Payment is required upfront to confirm your appointment. After reviewing your booking request, we send a secure Square or Stripe payment link with your fully itemized fees. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Nothing is charged until you approve the quoted amount.
What is an apostille and can you help?+
An apostille authenticates your document for use in foreign countries. We properly notarize your document so it's ready to submit to the Texas Secretary of State for apostille certification. The apostille itself is issued by the state — we prepare your documents to meet their requirements.
Is my ID and document information kept private?+
Absolutely. Your ID is used solely for identity verification as required by Texas notary law. All form submissions are encrypted via Formspree. Your information is never sold or shared. Notary records are retained as required by Texas law (10 years per SB 693).
